Aaron Cannon’s Web Accessibility Checklist ~ Authentic Boredom

The ever increasing in importance web accessibility checklist. Very cool. I wonder what this means for AJAX sites? Should they start detecting screen readers and serving an alternate version of the site (i.e. a non-AJAX version?)
